Yes! We proudly ship to customers all over the world.
📦 Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
⏰ Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, orders are automatically processed and cannot be modified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday through our warehouse.

We receive a high volume of orders, so please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
📭 What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund.

🧾 Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any delays caused by your country's customs office.
We recommend checking with your local customs agency for specific details on duties and taxes before ordering.
🧨 What if I receive a broken, damaged, or incorrect item?

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and make it right.
💰 When will I receive my refund?
Once your return or refund request is approved, we’ll issue your refund.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
